Sigh..i'm a busy girl nowadays!

Still very caught up with pw..just finished typign my I&R. That piece of paper will have to go through Mr Chua's scrutiny again. I just sincerely pray it's ok and I don't have to make major changes.

Jessie Foo wake up. It's Mr Chua you know. Do you think he'll let you off so easily. He wouldn't be satisfied till your white spaces are all filled with his red ink. Muahaha.

Made a trip to Batam over the weekends. Everyone keeps telling me I go there all the time. Eh..where got lor! The last time I went was last December. Just that my cousin came over dring June to visit me mah (: Maybe I've been talking about my Batam relatives way too often.

I really had a lot of fun during my 3 day stay there. Maybe cos for the past years it had always been me and my mum only. This year my dad, mum and younger bro were there too =) So whenever I got bored..I would pull YongHui over for a fight..or disturb him while he's playing computer games. Then when I feel like eating fruits I'll scream for my mum to pick some juicy apples or pears for me.

As usual..I slept over at Evi's house. Haha..every year I'm like some big shot..everyone would be staying in Ah Boy's house and I'm the only honoured one who would go to my female cousin's house. I felt guilty this year cos I didn't buy any present for her. For the past years we would exchange presents everytime we met. I saw ske kept all my gifts to her on the table. And I saw the neoprint we took together. Somehow..it was tian zai xin li lah.

I can't exactly pin-point what's wrong this year..but the bond between us has somehow matured into another phase. Chimilogy right. We're still the best of cousins..but we don't share as much anymore. Maybe because we've both grown up. I miss those times when me, her and her eldest bro (Ah Liang kor) would chat till wee hours in her room. A few years ago Ah Liang kor stayed up with me to watch the sunrise. And you know..their house is in the hills. The view is so different from the usual sunrise we see in Singapore.

Pathetically, only Ah Liang kor and I stayed up to chit chat. Haha..we only talk once a year..how sad it is lah. And he was telling me about his girlfriend..and he was planning to get married the year after. He asked if I would be there to witness the wedding. And so I told him I wouldn't be able to visit them next year cos of A levels. So..this year would be the last time we could talk like that. After he gets married, he belongs to solely his wife. I'm so poor thing right? Hahaz.

2 years later..when he gets married..only Evi and I will be left to chat through the night. 2 years later..maybe Evi would find herself a boyfriend. 2 years later..I'll be entering university. Would I still have the time to visit them in Batam?

Alright..noncholant things aside. I ate so much seafood there! Crabs..prawns..oysters..you name it they have it. That night during Grandpa's birthday celebration..we had more than 20 kids running about in the house. Then when we took photos..my auntie wanted all the grandchildren to be in the photo to create the impression that my grandparents have loads of grandchildren (:

Alright..talk about today. My mum bought lots of jap ingredients and prepared dinner herself. We specially went all the way to orchard isetan to get jap rice and stuff to make sushi too. My house is filled with tidbits cos we went re-stocking today =) I'm a happy girl with Pringles, Ruffles, Chips Ahoy, Chicken in a Biscuit, Yakult, Pink Dolphin, Toblerone plus home-made sushi! Finally learnt how to make sushi (: (: But my cutting is so bad..the sushi came out in weird shapes. Don't blame me..blame the knife!

My mother blamed the knife too.

Have to wake up at 7.30 for dumb pw tomorrow. I can't wait for 8nov to be over. Please return me my sanity!
